Our skilled craftsmen handle every step of the sauna construction process from start to end. This is why we manufacture all the wooden components of our hot tubs and saunas in-house. We carefully supervise the creation of doors, windows, benches, and the entire structure. This hands-on approach ensures every detail meets Maudis’ quality standards – from selecting the wood to the final surface finish.

Personalization is the core of Maudis production
Our sauna and hot tub collections have standard shapes and sizes, but every client can customize their product to fit their needs: a wide palette of paint colors, window sizes and placements, tinted glass options, door types, and interior layouts. The standard sauna with a vestibule is usually 2 meters deep, but we can extend this, adjust bench arrangements, or tailor it to individual tastes. This flexibility allows us to fulfill even the boldest dreams.
We use high-quality wood in our saunas – walls and roofs are made from 42 mm thick white spruce, while floors are crafted from 27 mm natural, untreated decking boards, ensuring proper ventilation and water drainage. Inside, we place special emphasis on thermo-treated wood – benches are made exclusively from this material. Due to its thermal treatment, the wood becomes long-lasting and resistant to moisture, stains, and dirt. Thermo wood benches and backrests are durable, easy to maintain, and keep their beauty even with intensive use.
For sauna heating, we select electric and wood-fired stoves from trusted, globally respected partners like Harvia, Huum, and Stoveman. For our hot tubs, stove manufacturing is done by reliable local partners, enabling us to offer custom solutions such as the Flat stove, which can even be integrated into our Ofuro hot tubs. Our latest innovation is the GECKO electric heating system, providing modern control and convenience for those who prefer to avoid the traditional wood preparation and stove operation. We also offer innovative Cold Bath lines for cold therapy, believing that this health practice should be accessible not only to professional athletes but to everyone.
We hold high standards for both the technical and aesthetic aspects of our hot tubs. We offer three main types of liners for our outdoor hot tubs: acrylic, fiberglass, and fiberglass with a 3D Granite finish. Hot tubs can be round or square, with integrated or external stoves. Our finishes range from natural spruce wood to thermo-treated wood and WPC composite, allowing us to blend beauty with durability. Our goal is to provide clients with the freedom to choose both style and function.
