Production time and delivery

After payment, we produce the sauna or hot tub within 3–4 weeks. The exact production time depends on the season and the specifics of the order. Before delivery, we will contact you to arrange the date and details.

The unloading of the sauna or hot tub from the vehicle is the responsibility of the customer.
For saunas, a forklift or crane is required:

→ For small saunas without a changing room, a 2-ton lift is sufficient.
→ For larger saunas (with a changing room or longer structures), a 3.5–4 ton lift is required.
→ Fork length should be 180–200 cm.

If you do not have a lift for unloading hot tubs, you must arrange for people to assist:

→ A standard hot tub requires 3–4 people.
→ For the Quadro SPA model, due to its greater weight and dimensions, 5–6 people are needed.

For non-standard products, specific equipment may be required.

Hot tub base preparation and setup for use

The base for a hot tub must be level, solid, and capable of supporting a heavy load. A filled hot tub can weigh up to 2000 kg. The simplest way to create a suitable base is to cover the area with geotextile, add a layer of gravel, and use impregnated wood for structural stability. You can also place the hot tub on an existing wooden deck, paving stones, or a concrete terrace.

The hot tub must not be placed directly on grass or soft soil, as this can cause the bottom to rot and lead to uneven water distribution inside the tub.

Place the hot tub on the prepared base after unpacking any parts stored underneath it. Ensure that both the hot tub and the external heater are positioned on the same level.

Place the hot tub on the properly prepared base after unpacking any components stored underneath it. A detailed unpacking guide is available via the adjacent links, which you can access by scanning the QR code. Please ensure that the hot tub and the heater are positioned on the same level.

Integrated heater: the heater is connected and ready for use; simply attach the chimney elbow and chimney section. Install the chimney guard.
External heater: the external heater is delivered separately along with connection hoses and clamps. Connect the heater to the hoses, secure with clamps, and attach the chimney. Install the chimney guard.
Electrical connection: connect the hot tub to the main power supply. If using an extension cord, ensure it is suitable for outdoor use. Also, make sure the electrical installation is in proper condition.

Outdoor sauna base preparation and setup for use

The base for a sauna must be level, solid, and able to withstand heavy weight. The sauna structure is strong and stable, so you can create a suitable base by covering the area with landscaping fabric, adding a layer of gravel, and placing concrete blocks. You can also install the sauna on paving stones or a wooden terrace.
The outdoor sauna must not be placed directly on grass or soft soil, as vegetation can obstruct airflow, retain moisture, and accelerate the rotting of the sauna’s base. Damage caused by installing the sauna on an improper foundation is not considered a warranty issue.

Fully assembled saunas are ready for use as soon as they are placed in the desired location. You only need to prepare the stove for operation.

Electric heater – not connected. The buyer must ensure that a qualified electrician connects the electric heater to the main power supply. Please note that the wiring inside the sauna is intended only for lighting. The electrician must run a separate cable for the electric heater.
Wood-burning heater – usually already installed in the sauna. You only need to assemble and attach the chimney sections and place the stones into the heater.
